Karachi: Sindh government has decided to launch the ‘Benazir Fisherfolk Card’ to address economic hardships of fishermen. The decision was made in a meeting chaired by Sindh Minister for Livestock and Fisheries, Muhammad Ali Malkani.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting revealed that the Benazir Fisherfolk Card would be a modern digital smart card embedded with a QR code and integrated with NADRA. This initiative aims to provide financial support and streamline benefits for the fishing community in the region through efficient digital means.
