Islamabad: State Minister for Professional and Technical Training, Sardar Shahjehan Yousaf visited National Commission for Human Development where Chairperson of the NCHD told him all the problems. Chairperson Nafisa Shah told, “We approach World Bank and other International donors for financial support and they ask us the future of the NCHD and for this purpose we want political support as for the first time NCHD has been given to Ministry.”
State Minister said, “We have saved this department from being finished and we will bring legislation in the Parliament to give it status of nationally recognized institution.” State Minister said, “I did not visit the NCHD until Federal Minister Riaz Pirzada and I ensure its functioning after 18th amendment and we both have solved all the problems of salary and job security.” State Minister ensures that he will work to issue 2 billion rupees at least for the proper functioning of NCHD.
State Minister said, “We have successfully made possible to release the grant for NCHD for the projects which have been stopped in the past for lack of funding and now there is a little problem at the level of planning commission and that is being solved by Qamar Zaman Ch., the Federal Secretary of the Ministry.
State Minister said, “All three projects of Education, Health Care and Volunteerism must be started as soon as possible in FATA and war torn areas of KPK. State Minister said, “The children who are physically handicapped or particularly short-sighted must be given a medical assistance and equip them completely so that they could partake in the mainstream.
