Lahore: Provincial Disaster Management Authority Punjab says the survey to assess damages caused by floods in twenty-seven districts is underway. Addressing a news conference in Lahore on Saturday, DG PDMA Punjab, Irfan Ali Kathia, highlighted the ongoing efforts to evaluate the impact of recent flooding.
According to Radio Pakistan, a total of 2213 survey teams are actively engaged in this extensive campaign. Irfan Ali Kathia emphasized that the survey is expected to conclude by the 27th of this month. In addition, special booths will be established at the Bank of Punjab in all Tehsils to facilitate the payment of compensation to those affected by the floods.
