Pakistan Railways decides to install Close Circuit TV cameras on all trains

Pakistan Railways has decided to install Close Circuit TV cameras on all trains to provide a secure journey to passengers.

The decision was taken at a meeting held in Islamabad today (Wednesday) with Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq in the chair.

It was also decided to revive GreenLine passenger train from next month.

Regarding starting train service from Pind Dadin Khan to Malikwal, Divisional Superintendent Rawalpindi was directed to submit a comprehensive report after consulting deputy commissioners of the districts concerned and important personalities of the area.
