Islamabad: Pakistan Customs has successfully thwarted two significant smuggling attempts at Silk Route Dry Port, Sost, Gilgit-Baltistan.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Customs, during the intelligence-based operations from 24th to 27th of this month, seized 317 concealed mobile phones and around 3,540 bottles of foreign-origin liquor. Besides, 42 cartons of pork meat and other Chinese food items have also been recovered.
