Pakistan and China to Strengthen Bilateral Relations in Trade and Technology

Shanghai: Pakistan and China have agreed to enhance collaboration in trade, investment, science and technology, digital economy, and artificial intelligence. This agreement was reached during a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Shanghai.

According to Radio Pakistan, the two leaders reviewed the broad spectrum of Pakistan-China bilateral relations and expressed satisfaction over the ongoing strength and steady growth of their partnership. Both sides emphasized the importance of advancing high-quality development under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) 2.0 initiative.

They reaffirmed their shared commitment to further deepen the Pakistan-China All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership. The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange views on the latest regional and global developments, highlighting the importance of maintaining close coordination and consultations on issues of mutual interest.

Both leaders reiterated their commitment to continue cooperation at multilateral fora, reflecting their resolve for sustained collaboration at various international platforms.
