OIC chief, Romanian ambassador to KSA discuss bilateral relations

Jeddah (IINA) – Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen discussed here on Sunday with Ambassador of Romania to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mihai Coman various issues of mutual concern.

During the meeting which took place at the OIC headquarters, the secretary general and the ambassador had a fruitful and extensive exchange of views on various issues of common concerns. The ambassador handed over a letter addressed to the secretary general by his foreign minister expressing Romania’s interest to work with the OIC to promote dialogue among cultures, peace, and tolerance. Both sides agreed to institutionalize relations by taking concrete steps in the days ahead.

Dr. Al-Othaimeen expressed OIC’s interest to develop bilateral relations with Romania and assured the ambassador of OIC’s support and cooperation during his assignment in the Kingdom.
