Islamabad: The National Disaster Management Authority has issued an alert for possible rain and snowfall across various regions of the country from tomorrow to Tuesday.According to Radio Pakistan, a westerly wave is likely to approach western parts of the country tomorrow and will likely grip upper parts on Monday. Rain is expected in various parts of Punjab starting Monday, while snowfall is predicted for Murree and other mountainous areas. Hailstorms with strong winds are also expected in the southern districts of Punjab.Additionally, rain and snowfall are expected in various parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir from Monday. Citizens are advised to avoid unnecessary travel during the rain and snow and to take all necessary precautions.
