Islamabad: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa observed a day of mourning on Saturday to express sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives in Buner, Bajaur, Battagram, Mansehra, and other districts due to flash floods.

According to Radio Pakistan, the national flag flew at half-mast at government and semi-government buildings.
