DFP vows to continue peaceful freedom struggle

Srinagar, July 28, 2016 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) has reiterated its pledge to continue peaceful struggle till India acknowledges the disputed status of Jammu and Kashmir and takes steps for its settlement.

The DFP spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the people of Kashmir would never surrender before New Delhi’s oppression at all costs.

Declaring full support to the programme issued by the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC), he appealed to the people to make successful the ‘Jamia Chalo’ call tomorrow.

He strongly condemned the use of force on people in Srinagar by forces, saying to suppress the people’s sentiments through might won’t help India in any way. “In fact, New Delhi and its collaborators must change their approach to analyse the people’s sentiments,” he said.

The spokesperson lashed out at the puppet administration for imposing undue restrictions across Valley particularly in south Kashmir and Srinagar areas. He said, “The puppet administration is living in a fool’s paradise if its thinks it can suppress the people’s sentiments. The people of the territory have been struggling for last 69 years and are moving forward with a new zeal and vigor.”

Terming the worldwide support to Kashmiris as good-omen for the ongoing movement, the spokesperson said Indian won’t be able to mislead the international community for long.
