New Delhi: Muslims are staging massive demonstrations in various cities of India to lodge their protest against the controversial Waqf Amendment Bill passed by the Parliament by the extremist Modi government. A large number of Muslim protestors across India carrying placards and banners inscribed with slogans voiced against the bill and called it a conspiracy against Muslims.According to Radio Pakistan, opposition leader in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi said that the Waqf Amendment Bill aims to marginalize Muslims and usurp their property rights. Meanwhile, India's opposition parties have announced to challenge the bill in the Supreme Court.
