Karachi: Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gilani, Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Faisal Rathore, and the governors of KPK, Punjab, and Balochistan, alongside other senior leaders of the Pakistan People's Party, convened with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad in Karachi today. The discussion focused on the country's economic, political, and social conditions, as well as matters of mutual interest.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister expressed that the country's economy is moving in the right direction and highlighted that political stability will further enhance economic progress. He noted that public confidence in the state system is being restored.
Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani emphasized the importance of strengthening the democratic process through parliament, stating it as the need of the hour.
