Security Forces Kill Three Khwarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Lahore: Security forces have killed three Khwarij, belonging to Indian Proxy Fitna Al Khwarij, in two separate engagements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to Radio Pakistan, movement of a group of Khwarij, opposite general area Esham in North Waziristan district, trying to infiltrate through the Pak-Afghan border, was picked up by the security forces. The troops effectively engaged this group of Khwarij and as a result of precise and skillful engagement, two Khwarij belonging to the Indian proxy, Fitna al Khwarij were eliminated. One of them has been identified as Kharji Qasim, an Afghan national who was actively serving in the Afghan Border Police.

In another intelligence-based operation conducted in the Tank district, the troops successfully neutralized another Kharji belonging to the Indian proxy, Fitna al Khwarij. He was identified as Kharji Ikramuddin, also known as Abu Dajana, and was an Afghan national.

These incidents reveal continued involvement of Afghan nationals in terrorist activities against civilians and security forces inside Pakistan. Pakistan has repeatedly been asking the Interim Afghan Government to ensure effective border management on their side of the border, fulfill their obligations, and deny the use of Afghan soil by Khwarij and the involvement of Afghan citizens in terrorism inside Pakistan.

The Security Forces of Pakistan remain resolute in their commitment to defend the country’s frontiers. A sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other Indian-sponsored Khwarij found in the area as a relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under the vision “Azm e Istehkam”, approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan, continues at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.
