Special Communication Organization has established twelve software technology parks and thirty-seven Free lancing Hubs in different areas of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.The initiative has been taken under its Soft Action Plan.These measures have resulted in reduction of poverty and empowered the youth in achieving self-reliance and economic liberty.Source: Radio Pakistan
