Rain-Wind/Thundershower Expected Across Key Regions in Pakistan and Kashmir

Islamabad: Rain-wind/thundershower is anticipated in several regions including Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Punjab, and Gilgit-Baltistan. Isolated heavyfalls are expected in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Potohar region, Northeast Punjab, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly areas in the next twelve hours. Meanwhile, other parts of the country are likely to experience hot and humid weather.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperatures recorded this morning in major cities were as follows: Islamabad was at twenty-five degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-seven, Karachi at thirty, Peshawar at twenty-eight, Quetta at twenty-four, Gilgit at twenty-three, Murree at sixteen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-two degrees centigrade.

For Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast predicts cloudy conditions with chances of rain and wind accompanied by thundershowers in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. The recorded temperatures this morning in these areas were: Srinagar, Pulwama, and Anantnag at nineteen degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-six, Leh at twelve, Shopian at twenty-one, and Baramula at twenty degrees centigrade.
