The Government of Punjab has begun accepting applications for the newly launched "Punjab Dhee Rani Program," initiated by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.This program aims to ensure that no daughter from a poor family remains unmarried due to financial constraints.Destitute and deserving families can apply for the program by visiting the website http://cmp.punjab.gov.pk or by going to their nearest social welfare office.Through this initiative, the government will provide meals for twenty guests from each side during wedding ceremonies, and a "salami" worth one hundred thousand rupees will be given to the bride via ATM.Additionally, essential furniture, clothing, and other items will be supplied as part of the program.For more information, people can contact the helpline at 1312.Source: Radio Pakistan
