The Islamabad Capital Police have made it clear that additional security is being provided to PTI Chief Imran Khan than the security cover entitled to a former prime minister.

According to spokesperson of Islamabad Capital Police, reports regarding the withdrawal of security from the former prime minister are baseless.

He said additional security will also be provided if required. He said police force from provinces can be called only with the permission of the Ministry of Interior and as per the police rules.
