Islamabad: Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) achieved another milestone today and surpassed the psychological barrier of one lac thirty thousand points during the trading.

According to Radio Pakistan, the hundred index that closed at one lac twenty-eight thousand one hundred ninety-nine (128,199) points yesterday reached one lac thirty thousand and fifty-five (130,055) points, showing an increase of over one thousand eight hundred points in the Hundred Index during the trading.

The upward trend in the stock exchange is a testament to the increasing confidence of the business community in the economic policies of the government.
