President Dr Arif Alvi has summoned the National Assembly and Senate sessions at the Parliament House in Islamabad on Wednesday.

The National Assembly session will start at 03:30 pm.

According to the agenda, Minister for Finance and Revenue Ishaq Dar will introduce “The Finance (Supplementary) Bill 2023” in the house. The bill is aimed at amending certain laws relating to taxes and duties.

The Senate session will start at 04:30 pm.

The president has summoned the sessions of both Houses exercising his powers under Article 54 (1) of the Constitution.
