Islamabad: President of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Dr. Ahmed Saad Al-Ahmed, arrived in Islamabad on Monday. He was warmly received at the airport by the Director of the President’s Office, Dr. Ali Metab Alahmari, and the In-Charge of Protocol and Public Relations, Dr. Asma Mansoor, along with her team.

According to International Islamic University Islamabad, upon his arrival at the hotel, the Honorable President was welcomed by the university’s Vice Presidents. Floral bouquets were presented to him by the incumbent President, Dr. Ahmad Shuja Syed; Vice President (Administration and Finance), Dr. Abdur Raheman; and Director of the Female Campus, Dr. Amna Mahmood.

Later, Dr. Ahmed Saad Al-Ahmed held a meeting with the Vice Presidents of the university. During the meeting, he expressed his gratitude for the warm reception, stating that he felt ‘at home’ at IIUI.

The Vice Presidents briefed the President on their respective domains and shared a comprehensive overview of the university’s progress and vision. In his remarks, Dr. Al-Ahmed emphasized the importance of collective wisdom and inclusive decision-making. He reaffirmed his commitment to making IIUI a globally recognized hub of academic excellence and Islamic learning, and assured that he would always be available to address the concerns of the IIUI fraternity and to ensure its growth and prosperity.
