PM Shehbaz’s Malaysia Visit to Boost Bilateral Ties: Tarar

Kuala lumpur: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar announced that Malaysia has allocated a 200-million-dollar Halal meat export quota to Pakistan. Talking to PTV in Kuala Lumpur, he emphasized the significance of this development, noting the positive trajectory of bilateral trade relations.

According to Radio Pakistan, Tarar highlighted that rice exports from Pakistan to Malaysia have already surpassed the designated quota, signaling a strengthening economic partnership. He described Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s visit to Malaysia as historic, anticipating it will serve as a milestone in further solidifying the ties between the two nations.

Tarar also remarked on the Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s understanding and appreciation of Pakistan, including its founders and cultural icons like Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and poet Allam Iqbal. This mutual respect, he said, contributes to a unique warmth and cordiality in Pakistan-Malaysia relations.
