Lahore: Provincial Disaster Management Authority Punjab has completed twenty-seven percent provincial Flood Rehabilitation Survey. This was revealed during a meeting chaired by Provincial Relief Commissioner Nabeel Javed in Lahore today.
According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting reviewed the establishment of camp sites for financial assistance in seventy-two affected tehsils and directed all departments to ensure timely action. The Provincial Relief Commissioner emphasized the need for rapid execution of support measures to aid those impacted by the flooding.
In addition, Nabeel Javed instructed the concerned Deputy Commissioners to provide assistance to the families of deceased within forty-eight hours, highlighting the urgency of delivering timely support to those in distress. The meeting underscored the importance of coordinated efforts among various departments to facilitate efficient rehabilitation and aid distribution.
