Pakistan’s Peace Intentions Should Not Be Misinterpreted as Weakness: Tarar

Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has emphasized that any aggressive actions by India will be met with a strong and decisive response. Speaking to the media during his visit to the Line of Control, he reiterated that Pakistan's longing for peace should not be seen as a sign of weakness.

According to Radio Pakistan, Tarar firmly rejected India's claims regarding alleged terrorist camps in Azad Kashmir. He highlighted Pakistan's significant role as a frontline state in the fight against terrorism, noting the immense sacrifice of ninety thousand lives in this ongoing battle.

The Information Minister also addressed the issue of Indian Naval Officer Kulbhushan Jadhav, confirming his involvement in terrorist activities and his current detention in Pakistan. Furthermore, Tarar condemned the Indian media's reaction to the Jaffar Express incident, describing it as one of the most tragic events globally. He criticized the Indian media for broadcasting footage of the incident sourced from terrorists.

Tarar additionally accused India of being involved in the killings of Sikhs in the United States and Canada, underscoring the need to address these serious allegations.
