Islamabad: Pakistan has called for a peaceful resolution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

According to Radio Pakistan, speaking at the UN Security Council emergency session on Poland’s request, permanent representative of Pakistan to the UN, Ambassador Usman Jadoon, emphasized that military solutions are counterproductive and only serve to sow seeds for future conflicts.

Ambassador Usman Jadoon stated that Pakistan stands ready to support all regional and international efforts that pave the way for a peaceful resolution of the current conflict.
