Upper chitral: The Pakistan Army saved many precious lives after a coach met with an accident in Upper Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Radio Pakistan, the vehicle, which was heading from Peshawar to Chitral, met with an accident on the river bank at Kuragh. Thirteen passengers were traveling in the vehicle; unfortunately, two travelers died, and many others were injured in the accident. The prompt arrival of military rescue teams prevented further loss of life.
During the rescue operation, the Pakistan Army provided first aid to the injured and shifted the passengers to a safe place, providing them with warm clothes. After timely medical assistance, rescue teams shifted the injured to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Buni.
The Pakistan Army completed the rescue operation despite severe weather conditions and difficult terrain. Local citizens thanked the Pakistan Army for its timely rescue operations.
