Pakistan and Turkmenistan are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding to promote their economic and trade ties under the CPEC project.Turkmenistan will become the first Central Asian country to have access to Gwadar port under the agreement.The government has constituted a committee to examine the draft agreement between Gwadar and Turkmenbashi ports.Efforts are underway at the highest level to develop and promote Gwadar as a global trade hub with the support of Special Investment Facilitation Council.Source: Radio Pakistan
