Swat:Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam, has emphasized the significant sacrifices made by the people of Pakistan, the Pakistan Army, police, and other security institutions in the fight against terrorism, describing it as an unforgettable chapter in the country's history.

According to Radio Pakistan, during a Jirga held in Swat, Muqam highlighted that lasting peace and stability in Pakistan can only be achieved through the support and cooperation of the public.

The Minister acknowledged the Pakistan Army's role in defending the country with professionalism and sacrifices, particularly during challenging times. He noted the army's ability to overcome recent challenges, showcasing its strength and commitment.

Muqam also stressed the importance of promoting national unity, solidarity, and cooperation with state institutions to ensure enduring peace and stability in the region.
