Federal Minister for Petroleum Dr. Musadik Malik visited the Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Metals Holding Group Company in China, which manufactures non-ferrous metals.Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said Pakistan is rich in mineral resources, and partnership with Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Metals Holding Group Company will usher in a new era of innovation in the mining industry.Underscoring the significance of geological surveys in discovering new mineral deposits, he said that we will work on improving the Geological Survey of Pakistan in collaboration with the company.In his remarks, Chairman of Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Metals Holding Group Company expressed hope that Pakistan-China collaboration will be mutually beneficial.He said China always considers Pakistan as an excellent partner, friend, and neighbor.During the meeting, focal persons from both the sides were appointed for focusing on the joint ventures in the mining of gold, copper, and other metals.Source: Radio Pakistan
