Peshawar: In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, nomination papers for the election of Chief Minister are being submitted by 3:00 p.m. today.According to Radio Pakistan, the procedure issued by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Secretariat mandates that the Speaker will scrutinize the nomination papers by 4:00 p.m., while the final list of candidates will be issued at 5:00 p.m. today.Following the resignation of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur, Speaker Baber Saleem Swati has summoned a session of the Assembly in Peshawar at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow.Meanwhile, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi has stated that the resignation of Ali Amin Gandapur will be formally processed after verification and fulfillment of all legal requirements tomorrow.
