Interior Minister Joins Pashtun Dance Celebration at Quaid-e-Azam University


Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi attended a traditional Pushtun dance event at Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad today.



According to Radio Pakistan, the event was organized by the Pashtun Council, during which Mohsin Naqvi participated in the traditional Attan dance alongside Pashtun students. The gathering provided an opportunity for the students to engage with the Minister in a friendly and joyful atmosphere.



While observing the Pashtun cultural display, Mohsin Naqvi held an informal conversation with the students, stressing the significance of education and engaging in positive activities. He remarked that the youth are the pride and future of Pakistan, and emphasized that the nation’s strength is rooted in its cultural unity.



Naqvi also noted the unique global position of Pashtun culture and expressed his pleasure in attending the event. He stated that such gatherings foster closer relationships among people and promote love and brotherhood.



The event was also attended by the Vice Chancellor of Quaid-e-Azam University, the Deputy Commissioner, and the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad.
