Interfaith Harmony Dialogue Promotes Peaceful Coexistence in Lahore

Lahore: The Interfaith Harmony Society of the Civil Services Academy Lahore organized an event titled 'Interfaith Harmony Dialogue: Building Bridges of Understanding, Respect and Peace'. The event was part of the activities of the probationary officers of the 54th Common Training Programme.

According to Radio Pakistan, the event aimed to foster dialogue among different faith communities and reinforce the values of mutual respect, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence. The speakers at the event highlighted the importance of sustained engagement among religious communities, the role of effective public policy, the significance of quality education, and the necessity for responsible leadership in countering intolerance and strengthening national cohesion.

The event concluded with remarks by Farhan Aziz Khawaja, Director General of the Civil Services Academy. He emphasized that public service is based on integrity, empathy, and mutual respect. He urged the participants to carry the spirit of interfaith harmony into their professional duties and contribute towards building a more cohesive and peaceful society.
