Info Minister Calls for Global Promotion of Pakistani Films

Beijing: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has reaffirmed the Government's commitment to support the creative sector, including expanding avenues for film funding and international promotion. This announcement highlights the administration's focus on utilizing cinema as a medium for cultural expression and storytelling.

According to Radio Pakistan, Attaullah Tarar made these remarks during a meeting with Umair Nasir Ali, the director of the internationally acclaimed film 'Nayab'. The meeting took place during Tarar's official visit to Beijing, where both parties acknowledged the potential of cinema as a tool of soft power and national storytelling.
