Islamabad: Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has emphasized that Pakistan is a peace-loving nation seeking regional harmony, but its Armed Forces are fully prepared to respond decisively in the event of any aggression. This statement was made during a high-level in-camera session on national security, which he led alongside Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar.

According to Radio Pakistan, the session was organized following the Pahalgam False Flag Operation and witnessed the attendance of numerous political leaders. During the meeting, DG ISPR Chaudhry provided a comprehensive briefing to the political representatives on the Pakistan Army's state of preparedness and operational readiness.

Minister Attaullah Tarar also informed the political leaders about the government's diplomatic initiatives and presented the state's official stance regarding the current security developments.
