IG Islamabad Directs Maximum Measures for Public Safety


Islamabad: The Operational Commanders Conference of Islamabad Police was held under the chairmanship of IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.



According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting thoroughly reviewed the overall performance of the force and the current security measures. The meeting also discussed in detail the use of modern technology and ongoing projects aimed at enhancing public convenience.



Addressing the participants, IG Islamabad emphasized that public service and effective law enforcement must remain the top priorities. He directed that all available resources be utilized to ensure the protection of citizens’ lives and property.



He stressed expanding the scope of the “Drugs No More” campaign and called for strict action against criminal elements. He also ordered strong action against individuals possessing or displaying illegal weapons and instructed police teams to launch a comprehensive crackdown on vehicles with tinted windows.



The IG Islamabad instructed that the quality of police training must be further improved to enhance operational efficiency, and he called for strong and effective coordination among all officers.
