Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has stated that the government will persist in its efforts to advance the development and prosperity of the Kashmiri people, aligning with their aspirations. He made these remarks during a meeting with the government’s AJK negotiation committee in Islamabad today.
According to Radio Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that public interest and peace remain paramount and affirmed the government’s commitment to serving the people of Azad Kashmir. The Prime Minister commended the negotiation committee members for their effective resolution of matters in Kashmir and acknowledged the Joint Action Committee for its role in fostering understanding towards Kashmir’s development and prosperity.
Shehbaz Sharif assured that all issues in Azad Kashmir have been resolved amicably and reiterated that the concerns of the Kashmiri people will be addressed. He highlighted that his government has consistently prioritized resolving Azad Kashmir’s issues and vowed to continue safeguarding the rights of Kashmiri brothers and sisters in the future.
