A Freelancing Hub has been established in Gilgit Baltistan by Pakistan Army under Special Investment Facilitation Council.It has been established at Government Boys Higher Secondary School in Phandar area of Ghizer district.The School Principal appreciated Pakistan Army's initiative saying it was the requirement of the area.The principal said we have also been provided with free internet which will go a long way for our talented students.Source: Radio Pakistan
