Caretaker Education Minister Madad Ali Sindhi has directed the Higher Education Commission to accelerate the formulation of policy and execution of education related projects.He was chairing an important meeting of the Higher Education Commission in Islamabad today.During the meeting, the Minister was briefed by the HEC about the consideration of the Private Members Bill "The Smart Institute of Science and Technology (Amendment) Bill 2023".He was told that HEC has been deliberating on developing a service structure and promotion policy for the University Teachers.The DG of the Federal Directorate of Education informed the meeting about imparting training to the teachers of FDE.It was told in the meeting current number of A and O level students in Islamabad s approximately 6,000.Source: Radio Pakistan
