DPM Mohammad Ishaq Dar to Embark on Official UK Visit

London: Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar is scheduled to undertake an official visit to the United Kingdom starting tomorrow. This visit marks a significant opportunity for bilateral discussions and engagements with key officials in the UK.

According to Radio Pakistan, during his visit, Dar will hold meetings in London with his British counterpart, Angela Rayner, as well as with Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Pakistan, Hamish Falconer, and Commonwealth Secretary-General, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey. These meetings are anticipated to cover a range of topics pertinent to UK-Pakistan relations.

In addition to diplomatic engagements, Dar will inaugurate the Punjab Land Record Authority's project at the Pakistan High Commission in London. This initiative is designed to support members of the Pakistani diaspora by facilitating the resolution of land documentation issues in Pakistan remotely.

Moreover, Dar is expected to interact with British Parliamentarians, Kashmiri leaders, and representatives of the British-Pakistani community. These interactions aim to strengthen ties and address concerns of the diaspora community in the UK.
