Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar called on Malaysian Prime Minister Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim in Putrajaya Ishaq Dar reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to deepening bilateral ties with Malaysia. He also appreciated Malaysia's leadership as ASEAN Chair for the year 2025.According to Radio Pakistan, Ishaq Dar appreciated the practical steps taken by the Malaysian side for the promotion of trade and investment between the two countries following the visit of Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to Pakistan in October last year. The Malaysian Prime Minister reciprocated the warm sentiments, expressing his anticipation for the visit of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in October this year.
