The 37th death anniversary of renowned folk singer Sain Akhtar Hussain was observed today.He was born in Amritsar in 1920. Sain Akhtar Hussain was a folk singer and mostly sang Kafies and other folk songs on Urs ceremonies of holy Saints.He also performed in film industry, Radio Pakistan and Pakistan Television.He was also decorated with the Pride of Performance Award.Sain Akhtar Hussain died on this day in 1987 in Lahore.Source: Radio Pakistan
