Islamabad: The ten-year Country Partnership Framework between Pakistan and the World Bank has been launched with the support of Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC). Under the Country Partnership Framework, twenty billion dollars will be invested in Pakistan’s development projects.

According to Radio Pakistan, World Bank’s Managing Director of Operations Anna Bjerde stated that Pakistan’s efforts in economic reforms and environmental protection are commendable.
