Islamabad: Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country while partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are likely in upper regions during the next twelve hours. In some plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh, fog patches may form during the morning and night.According to Radio Pakistan, light rain and light snow may occur at isolated spots in Gilgit-Baltistan. The temperatures recorded in major cities this morning were Islamabad, Peshawar, and Muzaffarabad at seven degrees centigrade, Lahore at ten, Karachi at fourteen, Quetta and Murree at four, and Gilgit at minus one degree centigrade.The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts partly cloudy and very cold conditions in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. Jammu is expected to experience cold, dry, and foggy weather during the morning. This morning, temperatures in the region were recorded as Srinagar, Anantnag, and Shopian at minus one degree centigrade, Jammu at eight, Leh at minus eight, and Pulwama and Baramula at minus two degree centigrade.
