Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has approved Punjab Honehaar Merit Scholarship Program.Under this program, a hundred percent fee of students doing Bachelor of Science degree from all government universities and eight selected private sector universities will be paid.The Chief Minister directed to enhance the number of Honehaar scholarships from four thousand to twenty-five thousand.Chairing a meeting in Lahore today, Maryam Nawaz also approved immediate establishment of new universities at Jhelum, Vehari and Bahawalnagar.She issued directions for the immediate launching of the Laptop Scheme.Source: Radio Pakistan
