The Central Development Working Party has recommended installation of telemetry equipment at 27 location on Indus Basin Irrigation System, costing 23.8 billion rupees.The approval was granted at a meeting held in Islamabad today with Deputy Chairman Planning Commission Dr. Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan in the chair.This will help eliminate mistrust, harmonize provincial relationships, and ensure compliance with the Water Apportionment Accord of 1991.Source: Radio Pakistan
