The 96th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister and founder of Pakistan People's Party Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was observed today.Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was born on this day in 1928 in Larkana.Zulfikar Ali Bhutto founded Pakistan People's Party in 1967.
