Islamabad: Maulana Tahir Ashrafi, the Prime Minister's aide, emphasized the efforts being made by religious leaders to promote national harmony and cohesion during Moharam ul Haram. Religious organizations across Punjab are actively participating in these initiatives, and a special cell has been established by Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori at the Governor House in Karachi to support these efforts. The religious leadership has developed a code of conduct for Moharam ul Haram, endorsed by the signatures of over 14,000 clerics and certified by the Imam of Ka'aba, to maintain law and order and ensure national harmony.According to Radio Pakistan, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced the invitation of clerics to Faisal Masjid, aimed at fostering inter-faith harmony. This step is part of broader efforts to unite different religious communities and maintain peace across the country during the holy month. The collaboration between religious and governmental bodies underscores the commitment to promoting unit y and understanding during this significant period.
