The Punjab Government has announced a holiday in all educational institutions throughout the province tomorrow (Friday).The decision was made on the recommendation of law enforcement agencies to maintain law and order.According to the spokesman, the protection of students in educational institutions across the province is the government's responsibility. He said that students' future could be at stake due to protests and disruptive activities in the wake of the imposition of Section 144.Following the recommendation of the Home Department, the Provincial Departments of School Education and Higher Education have issued a notification in this regard.Source: Radio Pakistan
