Islamabad:A representative from Abbott's Pharmaceuticals Division recently met with Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb in New York to discuss Pakistan's Hepatitis C elimination programme and broader pharmaceutical sector issues.According to Radio Pakistan, the Finance Minister expressed concerns about the slow progress of the Hepatitis C programme. He noted that out of the approximately three million procured diagnostic tests, only around one hundred thousand had been utilized.
