Karachi: Four-day Pakistan International Maritime Expo and Conference 2025 is set to commence at the Expo Centre in Karachi today. Commander Karachi, Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi, provided insights into the event’s role in promoting Pakistan’s Blue Economy during a media briefing in Karachi.
According to Radio Pakistan, Vice Admiral Abbasi shared that the event will host 178 exhibitors, including 28 international and 150 local participants. Furthermore, 133 delegates from 44 countries are expected to attend PIMEC-25. The expo will also feature B2B and B2G meetings, the signing of Memorandums of Understanding, and an International Maritime Conference focused on harnessing the blue economy’s potential for sustainable development.
