Srinagar, July 22, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement Chairman, Zafar Akbar Butt along with a party delegation visited the residence of teenager, Suhail Ahmad, at Mishipora in Kulgam and expressed solidarity with the family over his killing by Indian troops, recently.
Zafar Akbar Butt paying glowing tributes to the martyr, who was a 9th class student, reiterated the Kashmiris’ pledge to continue all the Kashmiri martyrs’ mission till its accomplishment. He was accompanied by senior party leaders including Zulfikar Hameed.
On the occasion, Zafar amid pro-Islam, pro-freedom and anti-India slogans led a procession from the residence of the martyr to the graveyard.
Addressing the gathering, he condemned fresh arrest spree in the valley and said that police during nocturnal night raids had arrested over dozens youth in Khudwani, Mishipora, Redwani, Kawarbazar and Qimoh areas of Kulgam district.The APHC leader demanded unconditional release of all the arrested youth.
